By placing your photograph/image on this website you agree to enable The New Swindon Company (TNSC) and its partners to use the images in any promotion and marketing associated with ‘Strike a Pose Swindon’ campaign. Typically these will be the organisations own websites, newsletters and promotional materials as well as Big Screen Swindon (the BBC outside broadcast screen in Wharf Green Swindon). TNSC will own the copyright to images submitted to the site.

TNSC will not provide the images and any personal details to any other organisations other than the partners involved in this project, namely, The New Swindon Company Ltd, inSwindon Ltd, South West Regional Development Agency and Swindon Borough Council.

TNSC reserve the right not to include images on this website due to the content of the image/photograph.

Competition
The judging of the competition will take place on the last working day of the month. Winners of the monthly competition will be notified within five working days of the end of the month. The winner notification will take place via email. The judge’s decision is final. TNSC are not responsible for incorrect contact details supplied at the time of submission. There is no restriction on number of images submitted. The monthly competition will take place in July 09, August 09, September 09, October 09, November 09 and December 09. To be valid for a monthly competition the image must be submitted within the month of the competition. The winner will be published on this website within five working days of the end of the month.
